Hunan University is one of the key national comprehensive universities affiliated directly to the Ministry of Education of P. R. Hunan University is reputed as an “Ancient Millennium Institution, Famous Centennial University ”, the history of which can be traced back to Yuelu Academy founded in the ninth year of Kaibao Reign of Northern Song Dynasty( 976AD),
